December, 2012. An evil dictator has taken over Europe through corrupted elections and bribery. He named his empire the Europian Union to poke fun at those who would unite Europe democratically. He killed all the monarchs and royal families. He has disbanded the navies and armies of all the nations. He has defended the land border with a solid wall of Veteren Mechanized Infantry. The dictator did not want any territory he could not drive or ride a train to or was not in Europe itself, so he sold the other territories to the highest bidder...
